My TGIF Breakfast

The following breakfast presentation is in support of preparing things at home instead of eating that fast food crud. I’m fairly sure that this meal is far healthier for you than what you would consume while visiting a commercial FF establishment.

Sunset [Non-GMO Certified] Campari Tomatoes (Mexico), Avocado from Mexico (Most Likely Non-GMO), Claussen Kosher Dill Halves (Never Heated – No Yellow #5), and some Kerrygold Aged Cheddar. I added a little Olde Thompson Himalayan Pink Salt & Black Pepper along with a dash of Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning to spice things up a bit. All of these items were purchased from our local and affordable H-E-B market.

Vitamins (Sundown Naturals): Garlic, Hair Skin & Nails, Calcium/Magnesium, Niacin,  & Folic Acid

Washing it all down with a La Croix Natural Coconut Flavor Sparkling Water.
